Product Samples

We understand that sometimes it's difficult to purchase something before you've actually seen it and held it in your hands. So our sample policy will let you do just that. Simply email us your request along with your company name, your title and company website address and we'll send out any of our available DONATE LIFE samples via UPS Ground . You must be a registered DONATE LIFE coalition member and or involved in the promotion of organ and tissue donation in order to receive samples. The inability to verify your company information may hinder your sample request. Please note that Commotion Promotions reserves the right to limit at any time the amount of samples to any one customer and may request a credit card to place on file for sample requests over $10.00. Samples may ask to be returned once you have finished viewing them.

Generally samples take approximately 1 week to receive. Now that was easy!.

Please note that we do not send samples out for personal use, as basket fillers, or to unauthorized persons not involved in organ and tissue donation. We appreciate your cooperation and respect.
